01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the GBet Max platform, including visitors, registered members, and any person who accesses or uses any service offered by GBet Max. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the GBet Max platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

GBet Max reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the GBet Max platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the GBet Max Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and GBet Max.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the GBet Max platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. GBet Max strictly complies with Philippine law, which sets the minimum age for casino-style gambling at 21 years old. Any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from registering or using GBet Max.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing GBet Max from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of GBet Max, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the GBet Max platform for any reason.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process. GBet Max reserves the right to verify your identity and eligibility at any time.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on GBet Max. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. GBet Max reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances upon detection.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your GBet Max account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. GBet Max will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify GBet Max immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering on GBet Max and to update such information promptly if it changes. GBet Max may require you to submit supporting documentation to verify your identity, address, or payment methods at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

GBet Max operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. GBet Max reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

GBet Max currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. GBet Max is not responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on GBet Max is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. There is no maximum deposit limit, though GBet Max reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion for compliance or security purposes.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed instantly or within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are generally settled within one (1) business day, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule. GBet Max reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. GBet Max does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Any bonus funds credited to your account are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. GBet Max reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to your account balance if verification requirements have not been met.

05 Betting Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on GBet Max are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the relevant game rules. GBet Max reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed on an event with an incorrect price, or placed in circumstances that GBet Max reasonably believes constitute abuse of the platform.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game and betting market. The applicable limits are displayed within each game interface on GBet Max. GBet Max reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.

5.3 Bet Confirmation

A bet is only confirmed and valid once GBet Max has issued a confirmation and the bet has been recorded in the GBet Max system. In the event of a technical failure or communication error that prevents confirmation, the bet shall be considered void and any staked amount will be returned to your account balance.

5.4 Malfunctions

In the event of a game or system malfunction, GBet Max reserves the right to void all affected bets and return staked amounts to the relevant accounts. GBet Max shall not be liable for any losses arising from system malfunctions, interruptions, or technical errors beyond its reasonable control.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

GBet Max may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered users from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General conditions applicable to all GBet Max bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. GBet Max reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per user, household, IP address, or device, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• GBet Max reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of applicable wagering requirements.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the GBet Max platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering or using GBet Max if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Creating or operating more than one GBet Max account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the GBet Max platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any GBet Max game or system feature.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting intended to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the GBet Max platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any GBet Max software or system.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing GBet Max staff, support agents, or other users.
• Accessing GBet Max from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

08 Responsible Gaming

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the GBet Max platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive property of GBet Max or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the GBet Max platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any GBet Max content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any GBet Max content.
• Use any GBet Max trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the GBet Max platform.

Any unauthorised use of GBet Max intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by GBet Max.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GBet Max, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the GBet Max platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, GBet Max shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the GBet Max platform or any game thereon.
• Any loss arising from a system malfunction, technical error, or communication failure.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any actions taken by GBet Max in good faith in accordance with these Terms, including account suspension or termination.

GBet Max's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your GBet Max account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

GBet Max reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or instruction from a competent authority.
• Inactivity of the account for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements. GBet Max shall not be obligated to return funds that were obtained through fraudulent or prohibited conduct.

You may close your GBet Max account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

12 Amendments to These Terms

GBet Max reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, GBet Max will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. In cases of significant changes, GBet Max may also notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the GBet Max platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using GBet Max and may request account closure as described in Section 11.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the GBet Max platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

GBet Max operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Any regulatory complaints may be directed to the relevant Philippine gaming authority.
